Chestnut Mousse recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of chestnut purée.
1 cup of confectioner's sugar.
¼ cup of orange liqueur.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
2 cups of whipping cream.
Whipped cream, to garnish.
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the chestnut purée until smooth using an electric mixer.
Gradually beat in the sugar, orange liqueur and vanilla. Set aside.
Whip the cream and fold into the chestnut mixture.
Spoon into eight ¾-cup of desserts dishes.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
